Items were shipped out right away and arrived timely and without damage. A set of the mounting brackets were missing and the seller did respond and shipped out the missing hardware. The finish is a glossy black which I wasn’t expecting for some reason. I would have preferred a matte black but the glossy finish wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. There are a few of our bobble heads that couldn’t fit due to the depth of the case. I also added a piece of thicker cardboard covered in black felt to the bottom of the case so the names on the base of the bobble heads could be visible. Overall, we are pleased with the cases and would purchase again.
